Terms of Service

1. Agreement

PasteTrack, the browser extension and the dashboard at pastetrack.app, is operated by Kivio (referred to in these Terms as "Kivio", "we", or "us"). By installing or using PasteTrack you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What PasteTrack is

PasteTrack turns links you choose to share on Reddit and X into tracked links and shows you which share drove the clicks and signups. We may change or add features over time.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the dashboard, and you are responsible for activity under it and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.

4. Acceptable use

Only track links you have the right to share. Do not use PasteTrack for spam, deception, malware, phishing, harassment, or anything unlawful, and follow the rules of the platforms where you post, including Reddit and X. We may suspend accounts or links that abuse the service.

5. The extension

The extension wraps a link only when you explicitly tap the track control, and only on sites you enable. It never rewrites links silently, and you are responsible for what you post.

6. Plans, billing, and refunds

PasteTrack offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record for purchases. You can cancel at any time from your account, which stops future charges at the end of the current billing period. Refunds: we offer a full refund of any payment if you request it within 30 days of the date of that payment. Email us at the address below within 30 days and we will refund that payment in full.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the links, notes, and data you create. You grant us the limited right to store and process them so we can run the service and show you your attribution.

8. Our intellectual property

The PasteTrack name, software, and design are ours. These Terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the service as intended.

9. Third-party platforms

PasteTrack works alongside Reddit, X, and other services we do not control. They may change, limit, or block how links or extensions work, and we are not responsible for their actions or downtime.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every click will be captured.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PasteTrack and its operator, Kivio, are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Termination

You can stop using PasteTrack at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You can delete your account and data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will update the date below, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator, Kivio, is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and do not limit mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Your use of PasteTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
